Janelle is the owner of Mindset Beauty Lounge. She is a Master Stylist, lash technician, makeup artist, wedding coordinator and wedding stylist. Janelle specializes in blondes, lived in balayage and hair extensions.

Caitlin is our ‘Jill-of-all-trades’ at Mindset. You can find her warm smile and infectious giggle behind the desk, or assisting Janelle. She also works Mindset weddings and helps coordinate them as well.
