Janelle
Janelle is the owner of Mindset Beauty Lounge. She is a Master Stylist, lash technician, makeup artist, wedding coordinator and wedding stylist. Janelle specializes in blondes, lived in balayage and hair extensions.

Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn is Mindset’s favorite female barber. Though she specializes in men’s hair, she is well rounded and is experienced in women’s hair cutting and coloring too.

Caitlin is our ‘Jill-of-all-trades’ at Mindset. You can find her warm smile and infectious giggle behind the desk, making her clients feel beautiful or assisting Janelle. She also works Mindset weddings and helps coordinate them as well.
